1) How does the purchase process work?
A. Direct online purchase:
- Review our catalog and choose your sofa.
- Add it to the cart.
- Complete your shipping information.
- Choose your payment method:
- Full payment (credit/debit card or any available checkout option), or
- Installments (see #6 “Do you offer financing?”).
Confirm your order. We will contact you to coordinate delivery.
B. Pay on delivery (Florida only):
- Tap the phone/WhatsApp icon on the right and contact us directly.
- Send us the model you’d like to receive with pay-on-delivery.
- We confirm availability and schedule your delivery date.
- Receive your sofa and pay at the time of delivery.
2) What type of sofas do you sell?
We specialize exclusively in:
- New sofas (mainly Cloud modulars)
- Pre-owned sofas in excellent condition
We are an online store. Thanks to direct factory agreements, optimized operations, and efficient logistics, we can offer better prices than most competitors.
We also carry models from well-known brands such as City Furniture, Ashley, Rooms To Go, Modani, and West Elm.
3) What does “pre-owned” mean?
Our pre-owned collection includes sofas that come from:
- Store displays from major retailers
- Returned items in excellent condition
- Discontinued models from past seasons or years
Each piece is inspected, qualified, cleaned, and prepared by our professional team. If there’s any detail, it is disclosed to the customer with full transparency before purchase.
4) How does the delivery process work?
The delivery process is simple and fast:
- Within Florida (local orders): delivery is usually same-day or within 1–2 days.
- Up to 50 miles: delivery is FREE.
- Over 50 miles: delivery has an extra cost, depending on the distance.
- Outside Florida: delivery takes 5 to 15 days depending on the location.
Additionally, our team will bring the sofa into your home and assemble it at no extra cost
5) Can I see the sofa before buying it?
• Pre-owned sofas: They cannot be shown in person since they are already packaged and ready for delivery. However, we provide real videos and photos showing they are in excellent condition. If there is any detail, we will inform you in advance.
• New sofas (Cloud modulars): They can be shown by appointment only in specialized spaces we use for customers. Important: this is not a showroom; only one sofa per customer is shown, and only the specific model you’re interested in purchasing.
6) Do you offer financing?
Yes. When you add a sofa to the cart and click “Continue to Checkout” you’ll see the option “Payment Installments” with different plans (3, 6, or up to 12 months, depending on approval).

7) Do you offer Trade-In Credit?
Yes, we have a Trade-In Credit program.
You can trade in your current sofa in excellent condition as partial payment, reducing the cost of your new sofa.
We mainly accept L-shaped sectionals and modular sofas in good condition. Our team evaluates your sofa and informs you of the credit value that will be applied to your purchase.

8) Can I request fabric samples?
Yes, we offer free fabric swatches exclusively for our Cloud modular sofas in the four available colors.
To request them, simply email us and fill out the form with your shipping address. You will receive your sample at no cost.
