Sofast Miami Return and Refund Policy

A fee of $300 will be applied when returning a product to cover the costs associated with processing and logistics. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Additionally, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The returned item must be in its original condition, free from damage, and showing no signs of excessive use. It must include all original parts, accessories, and manuals. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

 

5. Inspection and Refund

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the corresponding refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the time required to process the refund may vary depending on the payment method used.

 

6. Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:
- Custom items.
- Clearance items.
- Used items sold "as is."
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
