Shipping Policy of Sofast Miami

At Sofast Miami, we are committed to providing clear and efficient shipping services. Below you will find all the relevant information about our shipping policies.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the email confirmation of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification with tracking details.

Note: Processing times are different from delivery times.

 

Local Deliveries

We offer free local deliveries for orders within a 60-mile radius of our location at 472 W McNab Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. For orders outside this radius, the delivery cost is $300 for the state of Florida.

Local deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message at the phone number provided during the checkout process to notify you of the delivery day.

Shipping to All of the United States

We ship to all of the United States with the following options:

1. Regular Delivery:
   - Cost for the East Coast: $500
   - Cost for the West Coast: $300
   - Delivery Time: Between 15 and 20 business days.

2. Express Delivery (West Coast only):
   - Cost: $800
   - Delivery Time: Between 7 and 15 business days.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

How to Check the Status of Your Order

When we ship your order, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order 7 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sofastmiami@gmail.com, including your name and order number so we can make the necessary checks.
