Every pre-owned piece comes from customer returns, warranty replacements, overstock and liquidations of well-known furniture retailers. Before it reaches you, it goes through our 4-step process in Miami:
- Washed & sanitized — covers go through the machine; frames and cushions are steam-cleaned.
- Photographed — every piece is shot in our studio so you see exactly what you get.
- Packed — wrapped in protective film and boxed by our team.
- Stored — kept in our Miami warehouse until you write us.
